The chocolate melting machine is a special equipment for melting cocoa butter before chocolate production. It is mainly used to melt solid cocoa butter into liquid state. Chocolate melter is the main equipment for melting butter in chocolate production. According to the amount of refiner, choose matching melting machine tank or customize melting machine tank of different specifications.
The cocoa butter melting pot is provided with a water sandwich layer, and a hot water pipe communicated with the water sandwich layer is placed in the inner barrel, so that the whole piece of cocoa butter is put in and passed through the hot water pipe to be divided into pieces to accelerate melting. The lower part is provided with a steam heating pipe inlet (or electric heater) and a water inlet. The upper part is provided with an overflow port for interlayer water. There is a drain at the bottom.
The water in the interlayer is heated by putting steam (or heating electric heating tube) to keep the water temperature around 50℃. When passing steam, the water temperature is generally controlled by adjusting the steam inlet valve, while when using electric heating, a temperature controller is generally used for automatic control. Through the conduction of hot water to melt the inner tank of the oil pan, the cocoa butter solid placed in the inner tank absorbs heat and melts into cocoa butter liquid.

Generally, inside is 304 SS. But it can be full 304 SS or 316 SS, depends on customer's demand and budget.
Cocoa butter or other types of fat can be melted easily, so it's not necessary to use a stirrer. However, for chocolate or cocoa mass, they need much longer time to be melted. So the chocolate melting tank needs a stirrer.
