Chocolate Bean Making Machine is mainly used for cold rolling the pure chocolate paste into various shapes of
chocolate beans, such as the spherical, the egg-shaped, the MM bean shaped chocolate beans and so on.
This machine is equipped with cold roller, cooling system, cooling tunnel, beam rim separation unit. It has advantages of high
production efficiency, weight accuracy, products with good texture and taste, and etc.

The reducer is driven by the motor, the active cooling roller is driven by the reducer chain to rotate, and the passive roller is driven by the driving roller gear. The roller has a jacket, and the cooling liquid refrigerated by the refrigeration unit is pumped from the cooling box into the roller. Circulation, make the surface temperature of the roll drop to about -20 ℃, and the temperature of the cooling box should be controlled at about -25 ℃ and keep stable, the chocolate paste is sent into the middle of the two rolls, and it is rapidly cooled by the rollers. The conveying part is sent to the cold channel for cooling. The conveyor belt in the cold channel is divided into three layers. The conveying direction of the middle layer is opposite to that of the upper and lower layers, so that the chocolate particles are transported and cooled in the cold channel for three times before being sent into the separation cylinder. Inside, the residual chocolate chips on the edge of the chocolate particles are removed by the separation drum. The separation drum is driven by a motor with a reducer through a belt. After separation, the chocolate particles are sent out by the separator. Go to the next process.
